Saturday 30th April and Sunday 1st May - Druidicca performed with a full line up at the Petersfield faerie festival. We love this venue  which is set in woodland behind Petersfield lake in Hampshire, with ancestral mounds surrounding. Money raised by event for cot death research.

This was our last gig with Jim leading the band.

Jim is taking a new direction with his music. With his strong talent for song writing and live performance it’s well worth watching out for. Druidicca are very grateful to Jim for all that he has done for the band since its beginning, and take forward fond memories of our time together. The music lives on and must continue to evolve, we wish Jim the very best.

Saturday 24th April 2011 - Druidicca played at the Royal Oak Shrewton, 6:30pm, Wiltshire where they  held their excellent Cider Festival.

Druidicca gets a new line up in April 2011

We start April 2011 by  saying a fond farewell to our drummer Dean who goes on to other challenges, we wish him a bright future and success. Replacing Dean will be Dave, a very exciting an dynamic new influence and also Tom providing a permanent bass sound long lacking until now. We also have a new singer starting in the second half of May.

The Stone Movie, featuring Druidicca has progressed to winning awards in two countries so far, prior to its launch. Our newest track ‘John Barleycorn’ will be featured on the soundtrack of the next movie.

Druidicca have been asked to play at a major British festival, more news soon!

Recording: During March, the band made great progress on recording our first album, with 6 exciting tracks already laid down. The second part of the album will be completed with our new line up giving fans a taste of the music produced across the period of our beginnings. We will need a few more weeks to complete this project but will be releasing a couple of tracks as singles to wet your appetite before then.
