There is a fine art to recording, lots of good equipment, and the know-how to be able to  bring art and technology together. Finally we decided to go to the professionals and starting on the 30th and 31st January 2011 we entered a studio for the first time. We were all completely taken aback by the equipment and facilities, not to mention the welcome  and professional care that we received throughout. This is an ongoing process, probably requiring several more days in order to complete our first album  but the results of the first two days are outstanding and way beyond our expectations. We have elected to stay true to the genuine Druidicca folk sound with a minimum of modern trickery involved and for that the pressure is upon us as musicians to be tight on timing and structure whilst still giving each track its human feel. Our first song recorded was written in the 16th century and it makes us all feel very proud to be preserving and breathing new life into a piece of fine English traditional music.
